Cooking with cannabis was typically limited to brownies or cookies when we were younger. Enjoying small doses of cannabis throughout the day is our equivalent of drinking a few glasses of wine. High quality flavor and terroir equates to terpenes and the entourage effect in cannabis. Once cannabis became socially accepted in New England we began searching for foods other than sweets that could be consumed and nothing was available.
David Yusefzadeh — David spent his career cooking in fine-dining restaurants and hotels around the world. He is currently the Founder/CEO of Cloud Creamery - A cannabis ice cream company in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Sean Curley — Being a long time advocate and enthusiast, cannabis has played a large role in Sean's life - and credits cannabis for introducing his love for great food. In following his passion for cannabis and food, Sean is now the VP Publishing/Sales Director for Sensi Magazine Boston, a city lifestyle magazine that’s pro cannabis; and is part of the investment team at two top seafood restaurants in the Greater Boston area. He's excited to be working with David to combine his passions for cannabis and food together with Sacrilicious.
